Märjamaa Parish is the biggest in area in Estonia. It is located in Rapla County in both sides of Tallinn-Pärnu road. Distance from Rapla town 30 km, Tallinn 65 km and Pärnu 65 km. The population is over 7000 people.  There are 82 villages and 1 borough in Märjamaa parish.
